What we collect

• When you order. Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. We receive your name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered so we can ship it and send confirmations. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you email us. Your email address and whatever you choose to write.
• When you browse. Basic analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type — through Google Analytics, if enabled. Your cart is kept in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us until you check out.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, send order confirmations and receipts, answer your messages, and understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), our email provider Resend (order emails), Vercel (website hosting), Google Analytics (site statistics), and the carrier that delivers your order. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and customer service. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@albumamicorum.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Children

My Friends Book is made for children, but this website is meant for parents and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
